This is a new built family house. It is a three bedroom house with a main bathroom and en-suite in main bedroom. It has a big spacious scullary and a open plan kitchen that leads to the lounge and entertainment area. The entertainment area leads threw a sliding door to a wooden deck.There is a study room or it can be used as a formal lounge at the entrance of the front door. It has a double garage with roll-up doors and a door that leads into the scullary. On the deck you have a view of the golf course and hills. The floors are all tiled and the bedrooms have carpets. There is built in cupboards in all three bedrooms, the scullary and kitchen. The kitchen has also a built in stove with exstractor van and oven. This a face brick house in the outside and painted walls in the inside. Grass is already planted around the house (not yet when fotos were taken). It is a good quiet area with schools and a shopping centre nearby.
