New Zealand property description

This house is on the ocean with a view of Doubtless Bay and a walkway to Chuck's Cove. The house is at the end of Heretaunga Crescent so it is private and it has no traffic noise. The property has maturing fruit trees, orange, mandarin, grapefruit, lemon, bananas, guava, feijoa,...with a variety of flowers and a small vegetable garden. The house has three lounges and three kitchens making three complete but inconnecting living areas. One two bedroom unit and one three bedroom unit are used as vacation rentals. We launch our boat from in front of the house with a picnic area on the beach under a large pohutukawa. Although the house is located in a popular beach area, it is private and quiet. The drvieway and parking areas are all paved with concrete. The house is built on three levels following the profile of the hillside. The style of the architecture is Mediterranean with large decks, wide sliding doors and barbecue areas. It is a villa.
