- » How do I close my PropertyAnt account?
You must first be logged in to close your PropertyAnt account. There are some minor differences between standard and subscription accounts which are listed below.
Standard / Listing agent accounts
Click 'Account options' on your home page and then click the 'Close account' button. When prompted enter your password and then press the 'OK' button.
Subscription accounts
Click 'Account options' on your home page and then click the 'Close subscription' button. When prompted enter your password and then press the 'OK' button. Note: This will not immediately close your subscription account. Instead a request will be sent to PropertyAnt staff who must first confirm and validate your request with you prior to canceling your account.
