There are two ways to cancel your advertising package. The first way is to request PropertyAnt staff do it for you (recommended), secondly you can cancel your subscription advertising package yourself from within your PayPal account. For more information on how to do this click here.
Click here to request for PropertyAnt staff to cancel your current advertising package subscription. After providing the necessary information just click the 'Request cancellation' button to send your request. It may take up to 24 hours to cancel your advertising package subscription, any unused time remaining on your subscription will be refunded in accordance with the terms surrounding subscription refunds.
